I am VAT registered in Norway, so no customs duties apply to products shipped to Norway.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We comply with the Distance Selling Act, which gives you as a customer the right to return your items within 14 days. If the item is not in new condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for this.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before sending the item back so we know it is on its way. On the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website, you can find a withdrawal form that you may use if you wish.
Please include your order receipt or order number with the return. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must not be sent cash on delivery, as registered mail, or to a parcel agent.
Failing to collect your package is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal and will be charged 300 SEK.
You must therefore collect your package first and then return it if you wish to cancel your purchase. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
Letters that do not fit in the mailbox or need to be collected may take up to 14 days to process.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to custom-made products.
